Open Hearts. Open Minds. Open Doors.
The Simsbury United Methodist Church's
United Methodist Women's
Susanna Circle
We are the only circle to meet in the evening, usually starting at 7 pm.
In 20 years our circle has had fun and also has done many service projects.
We have had tea at Little Women Tea Room in Ellington, trips to the Gilson Theater in Winsted and the Hill-stead museum in Farmington.
Every year we make Methodist Munch to raise money for the Interval House, a shelter for battered and abused women and their children. We made pillow cases for distribution to their ill children in area hospitals and put together school supply goodie bags and donated hats and mittens to kindergarteners at Hartford's Martin Luther King Jr. School.
